They finished it. Its now “Plac Centralny”.
Nothing. In the future, check the date of the satellite images.
Most of it is finished, it became Plac Centralny. The grassy part is under construction right now and set to become a Theatre.

They’re building a second tower
It’s a modern art installation called “The Eternal Prowizorka”.
There will be a complex of two buildings, part shopping centre, part theater
