Detectives with the City of Clemson Police Department are asking the public for help identifying a suspect who broke into a drop box and stole checks from a local business.(Watch the surveillance video above)Police said around 6:30 a.m. on Monday, April 6, an unknown suspect used a crowbar to forcibly pry open a local business’ drop box, stealing approximately 20 checks and money orders.If anyone knows the identity of this individual, you are asked to call or text (864) 624-2014. When reporting, you are asked to refer to case #2026-000853.
