Demand “before” and “after” photos of the damage with timestamps.
Consider to go to Merchant Inspectorate and dispute credit card billed .
I’m not a lawyer but shouldn’t they have to prove you did this? If you did, then tough luck – you’ll have to pay. If not they can fuck off
There is damage, and there is damage for regular everyday wear and tear. This belongs into latter category, but until somebody takes this fuckfaces to court, they’ll keep charging people for crap like this.
they need to use the circural one, happened before. scam. Pm me i can go there and tell them to fuck off for 100€

if its a stain and not a scratch it should get easily removed.
Buy a black marker and paint it over.
