We’ve just published our annual Youth Business Poland Report 2025 "Entrepreneurship in Times of Change" — an analysis of Poland’s innovation ecosystem based on 17 years of working with entrepreneurs.

Key findings:

The biggest funding gap in Poland is the 50-300k EUR range between idea validation and the first seed round. Unlike the UK, France or Germany, Poland has no systemic tax incentives for individual investors at the pre-seed stage.

More and more founders are under 20. The report also includes systemic recommendations for government, local authorities and corporations on how to fix this.
