Le Rally The Croatian Rally experienced its first major turning point during the third stage. Having led the rally since the start, Elfyn Evans went straight on. This error, likely due to a discrepancy in pace notes between the driver and his co-driver Scott Martin, cost the Welshman the lead. With this setback, Evans lost his chance of scoring valuable points before Sunday’s stages.

Sami Pajari takes advantage of this incident to move into the overall lead. The Finn now has a 2,7-second advantage over Thierry Neuville. The pilot Hyundai[Name], who set the fastest time in SS3, made a good move, climbing one place in the standings. Takamoto Katsuta completed the provisional podium, maintaining a consistent pace. Finally, Jon Armstrong once again confirmed the speed of his Ford, setting the second fastest time on the stage.
