Kurti reveals he had a three-hour dinner with Malcolm: I am amazed by his intellectual power, Kosovo needs people like Sir Noel

The Head of the Government of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, concluded his visit to London with a three-hour meeting with historian Sir Noel Malcolm, writes Gazeta Express.
Kurti has said that every time he meets him, he is amazed by the intellectual power and analytical precision of his thoughts.
“Every time I meet Sir Noel Malcolm, Senior Research Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, I am amazed by his intellectual power and the analytical precision of his thoughts,” Kurti wrote.
According to the leader of VV, Kosovo increasingly needs people like Malcolm who have both the knowledge and the courage to speak the truth about what Serbia has done in Kosovo.
“At a time when the world is constantly challenged by fake news about the present and historical revisionism about the past, Kosovo increasingly needs people like Sir Noel, who have both the knowledge and the courage to speak the truth. This is precisely what he did in his classic work “Kosovo: A Brief History”. Published in 1998, at the beginning of our liberation war, this book exposed and shattered the myths that served as the propaganda basis for Serbia’s genocidal campaign against our people”, Kurti emphasized.
“Last night, at the end of my two-day visit to London, I met Sir Noel for dinner. During the three hours we were together, we covered a wide range of topics, from the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market and the learning process, to the survival of the works of Father Gjergj Fishta during the half-century rule of communism in Albania. I look forward to meeting again with Sir Noel Malcolm, a distinguished historian and great friend of Kosovo and the entire Albanian people,” Kurti wrote.
