Philosophy Professor Blerim Latifi has said that the world is ”being rebuilt from the ground up” while, in Kosovo, political parties are failing to elect a president.

”In Kosovo, they can’t elect a president.

In Macedonia, they cannot protect the basic right to use the Albanian language in institutions.

In Albania, they cannot meet the conditions for EU integration.

“These are Albanians at a time when the world is being rebuilt from the ground up,” he wrote.
