The University of Tartu sent everyone an “Out of competition” email.

I managed to register for the SAT test within 15 minutes after the email arrived, I paid $130. I scream, beat and cry into the pillow that how could I have been so stupid to score less than 40 on an academic test. About 30 minutes after the start of my villan arc, the University of Tartu sent an email that it was an error.

Some people do not know anything about applying to the University of Tartu, so there is no context, sorry. A post made out of desperation.

You can/must apply for the majors of the University of Tartu with an academic test. In order for the university to be accepted/considered, the minimum score must be 40. In my case, it must be 75.
