Given all the surrounding shops are now closed down I’m more concerned how long it’ll last as racecourse road isn’t going to be that viable for walking down to have a bite to eat anymore

Sounds similar to the situation with the pharmacy in stones corner in the aldi building. In that case they have managed to hold up the whole development – it’s a weird ghost town, hard to imagine it’s good for business.
