EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The city of Evansville is rolling out a new way for residents to track the city’s climate goals.
It’s an interactive Climate Action Dashboard and it shows emissions data and progress across sectors like energy, transportation, waste, and resilience, along with programs and tips to cut carbon.
The dashboard highlights actionable ways for residents and businesses to take part in local sustainability efforts.
Lauren Lynch is the Evansville Climate Collaborative Director: “Includes 50 strategies and five sectors energy, transportation, wasteland, and resilience, and the goal of all of these things is not just to improve a air quality and reduce our contribution of climate change, but also to make our residence in our city more resilient to the impacts were seen due to climate change.”
