They should invite Peter Magyar, I assume that he would happily join to the summit

timing says a lot here one of the most influential and controversial voices in the room suddenly absent right after losing power it kind of shows how much eu dynamics can shift overnight when a single leader who kept blocking or slowing things down is no longer at the table

How long does it take for him to leave and stop being PM? In the UK it’s the day after unless a coalition is needed.

  4. How about he skip off to Russia and stay there. Unless prison in Hungary is a viable option.

im sure there are a lot of people tho who’d like to have a last word with him

  6. Oh dear, I’m sure the other leaders were making a collection to buy him a nice leaving present!

  7. Interesting, I would’ve thought he would have tried to get some sort of parting shot.

  8. Didn’t Magyar suggest he shouldn’t do any permanent changes anymore? If Orban is staying home, he is sort of complying with that.

I wonder why he admitted defeat and stays quiet now. Does he have a plan to get back in power, is he afraid of more prosecution by the incoming government or did the Russians tell him to because they still got an asset in Fico or perhaps bought Magyar too?
