Crazy how one political bottleneck disappears and suddenly ‘urgent’ decisions become possible overnight. Makes you wonder how many ‘complex processes’ are just waiting on one veto.

Most of that money will be spent in Europe anyway. Orban blocked them to buy time for moscow, not Europe.
