Latvian grammar question – about the song’s frogs.

The doll says: ‘toothy with small teeth’ – I have no problems

Uku says: ‘toothy with giant teeth’ – I don’t understand why there isn’t "with huge teeth".

My wife (Latvian) told me that she "with giant teeth’ sounds normal. But I don’t think it’s right.
