Russians have begun massively transferring accounts of “smart” devices to Belarus amid internet restrictions, Russian media report.
To do this, users reinstall applications and select another country during setup — after which the technology works again without a VPN, users note.
In recent weeks, access to Telegram has been severely restricted in Russia.
