My partner and I caught this yellow budgie at the Niddre Woolworths carpark tonight around 6:40pm, if you are missing one on this side of town the Animal Referral Hospital in Essendon Fields is currently looking after it!

If you can’t find the owners, pick up a cage from marketplace and give the bird a name. I’ve never had luck returning a lost bird to its owners, so after giving it worm medicine, I add it to my aviary with the other budgies and cockatiels.

I found a yellow budgie once and kept it. It was the best pet. They’ve got so much personality when they get comfortable.
