10/10 Bolt support – has anyone else had this?

After the trip, I filed a complaint about the driver (no seat belt, speeding).

The same driver suddenly answers me in support.

After a few minutes, he starts calling me – 2 missed calls in a row (of course, I don’t pick up).

Writes an unfinished message and disappears.

It’s a bit creepy feeling that the person you’re complaining about gets your number… is that normal at all? 😅
