Yes, it is a legit site. The organizers’ official page is [https://www.latvjupsa.lv/biletes](https://www.latvjupsa.lv/biletes) and for buying a ticket they redirect you to Biļešu Paradīze site.
We been couple times, excellent experience and knowledgeable people there. This year we will camp there and stay in motorhome.
