Farmers are using AI not only to better predict the ideal planting time, but are also developing crops which are more resistant to climate change and less-predictable weather. This is helping with crop resilience and will likely become increasingly important as our population is set to hit 10 billion in a few decades while at the same time much crop land is being ruined by natural disasters.

As long as higher yield and shorter growing times doesn’t also decrease the nutrient benefits

I wonder why the produce in America tastes like ice… And the smell, there is no smell to the produce…
