Sasha Vezenkov left Game 1 against AS Monaco Basket after being accidentally hit by Alpha Diallo early in the third quarter. His status is unclear, with Olympiacos leading 48-38 at the time of the incident.

The incident happened early in the third quarter, when Alpha Diallo missed a layup and grabbed his head in pain.

As he fell to the floor, he accidentally struck Vezenkov, who appeared to take the worst of the contact.

Vezenkov immediately headed to the locker room, holding his nose, raising concerns about a potential injury.

His status for the remainder of Game 1 remains unclear.

At the time of the incident, Olympiacos were leading 48–38.

Vezenkov had 14 points in 16 minutes.

He returned to the bench a few minutes later.
