    * Tuareg separatists and Al-Qaeda-linked jihadists appear to be coordinating their efforts against the ruling military junta.
    * Insurgent groups have publicly called for a popular uprising against the government and the implementation of Sharia law.

  2. Not clear to me if Tuareg separatists are still separatists or want to be part of a JNIM-controlled Mali with some sort of autonomy?
