Except my Constituency of Gosport.
Such a safe seat, no one else campaigns here.
So safe, Tory actually gained in the local election.
It is the exact group of people that the Tories love. My town has some of the lowest education levels in the country. You don’t have to go far to find a Bigot or a Racist.
Most people are too stupid to see that the Tories hate them, but they all understand the simple concepts that the Mail gets them riled up about.
Most probably didn’t have Sky TV either, so they can really empathise with “local boy” Rishi.
The only party that will gain votes off the Tories here are Reform.
Liz Truss still rocking her ‘I just guffed in the lift’ expression.
Even my rock solid safe Tory seat is looking wobbly this time. The people here are deeply conservative and would never vote Labour however they are furious with the Torys and for the, Reform is the only game in town. No one expects them to win a seat but they expect them to obliterate Tory party.

We hear this crap about tactical voting every general election
We can’t organise filling in holes in roads but we can organise mass secret organisation of voting patterns. I call BS with a side order of chips
I don’t live in the UK, but I read (online) BBC News regularly, and it’s quite obvious (from what I have read within the past 6 months) that the Tories are going to get wiped by Labor during the next election (losing by-elections, angry rebukes from constituents/citizens in general, downward economic spiral, overall desire for political shift a.k.a tired of tory, etc.).
It was fun (as an outsider) to finally witness non-white as UK PM regardless of the party affiliation.
All hail Keir Starmer (I guess).
Defeating the tories is the first goal , then our attention needs to turn to removing reform. This country needs some normal people in control, not the greedy racist scum that only serve their own interests.
If we tactical vote we will keep getting the same old policies and the same two parties forever.
