There is no need to put a ceiling on how big rental companies can be. Does it seem so sad to know that most of this property goes into the pockets of capitalists while there is a lack of housing for people or am I possibly thinking this wrong.

If they rent these apartments out it increases supply on the rental market, that lowers rents. The idea that this is a bad thing is based on the assumption that owning is somehow always better than renting, which it isnt.
