The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, has arrived in Armenia to participate in the 8th Summit of the European Political Community (EPC).
He was welcomed at Zvartnots International Airport by the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan.
