The acceleration programme by Andorra Business and Creand will support companies in technology, natural cosmetics, digital marketplaces, pharmaceuticals, and drones.

Andorra Business and Creand Accelera launched this Monday, 4 May, the second edition of the Enlaira programme, an acceleration initiative aimed at Andorran start-ups with growth potential and international outlook. In this edition, the number of selected start-ups has been increased from three to five, all of them based in Andorra.

The programme offers strategic support, 30 hours of specialised and individualised mentoring, and access to a network of relevant contacts within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Enlaira, valued at €12,000, includes a tailored mentoring itinerary and group training sessions, driven by Andorra Business with the participation of leading professionals and mentors. In addition, it incorporates an initial analysis and a final evaluation of the start-ups, carried out by Creand Accelera, with the aim of measuring their potential and evolution throughout the programme.

A panel of experts has selected, from 14 applications, the five Andorran start-ups participating in this second edition:

    – Amb tu, led by Meritxell Perelló, is a technology company that combines contact centre services with its own platform to automate and scale customer communication through artificial intelligence.

    – Olively, led by Ivon Reijers, is a premium natural cosmetics brand produced in Andorra, based on olive oil and aimed both at end consumers and professional channels such as hotels, wellness spaces, and selected retail.

    – Pikel, a Unity Group project driven by Marc Gomes and Pau Sanz, is a digital marketplace that connects users with service professionals and facilitates booking and payment through the platform.

    – Conchi AI, developed by Albert Díaz, applies artificial intelligence in the pharmaceutical sector to automate WhatsApp-based customer service, improve operational management, and reduce response times.

    – Swarm, represented by Miguel Fernández, is a solution based on artificial intelligence and autonomous drones, with potential applications in areas such as security, inspection, logistics, and mountain rescue environments.

The first session served to welcome the five selected start-ups and to hold an initial group workshop focused on legal and financial aspects, two key areas for sustainable growth.

With this second edition, Andorra Business and Creand Crèdit Andorrà aim to reaffirm their commitment to the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and, following the success of the first edition, consolidate Enlaira as a strategic tool to help Andorran start-ups grow with sound judgment, prepare to attract investment, and compete globally in increasingly demanding markets.
