They don’t have to advertise to buyers, because of the pent up demand and housing crisis. This is targeted towards people who own homes. The intention is to get them to sell in my opinion.
Who in Daft thought this was a good idea? Who are they hoping see this ad and think, 1.8 million, it’ll be tight, but I think I can manage that if I cut back on the takeout coffee and chicken fillet rolls.
Anyone in the market for any of these properties is not riding the Luas with ‘the poors’.
