      What a fucking creep I’m delighted he was named. And also the child was not known to lacey. Fuck me he went looking for her. In cases like this the man should have to go a few rounds with the victims father to restore some justice

      >*Ethan Lacey, aged 26, of Saint Brigids Terrace, Lower Dargle Road, Bray, Co Wicklow was found unanimously guilty by a jury of one count of sexual assault of a child on 1 August 2022, at a Dublin address.*

      >*The jury heard that Lacey placed his hands on the then six-year-old’s legs and was seen “cupping” her genital area with his hands, all while trying to distract the child with sweets. The young girl was clothed at the time.*

      **Marc Murphy BL**, defending, said his client does not deny there was contact, but maintains it was not sexually motivated.

      Mr Murphy asked the court to consider the contents of a psychological report, which states his client denies any sexual attraction to children and is assessed at low risk of re-offending.

      He submitted that there is a **”striking absence of red flags”** which the court may see in other similar cases. (?!)

      He asked the court not to impose an immediate custodial sentence.

      Actually crazy how little the courts seem to think of women and girls in this country with the nonsense manner sexual and physical assaults are treated

      Fuck me I’m getting sick of this suspended sentencing shit, it’s like they’re encouraging crime. I’ve completely lost faith in our judicial system at this point.

      It’s not right a judge giving a suspended sentence for any form of sexual violence. When will they start setting an example? Long jail terms.

      That is a fucking disgrace, if he reoffends it’s on that judge. Letting off a creep like that…if I was that child’s father my blood would be boiling. Livid would be an understament. This country is fucked.

      The courts are by far and away the biggest thing wrong with this country, they are in the gutter with the dirt bags of society, there is something seriously wrong when they clearly view the behavior of reprobates and peados as something so almost normal that they can dole out a slap on the wrist like they are dealing with some sort of run of the mill petty criminal. We need a citizens assembly to reform the judicial system.

      Not to out myself but I dated him in the past and I’m absolutely shocked and feel so fucking ill. I feel even more disgusting because I was SA’d as a child and I opened up to him about it.

      When we were together he told me that he was into DDLG, dominating daddy, little girl play or w/e tf that is called and I remember saying no because it hit to close to home. I always found the whole DDLG thing weird and disturbing but this takes it to a whole other level, I’m actually in shock.
