      So in other words they can pay up to 13000 employees the 900k$ one time and I will be cheaper than the strike…

      Then you’ve got US companies like Microsoft/Amazon who are making record profits and reducing benefits for employs and making them fight for their lives

      I don’t know I’m generally one to side with the workers but this seems like blatant extortion.

      How can you retroactively demand more than the contract you’ve agreed to? It’s not your right and it just seems like you’re dealing in bad faith

      The reason they are rejecting the $340,000 is that they need $1.2 million to buy a house in Seoul or the suburban metropolitan area and that $1.2 million asset will become $2 million within a just few years.
