Deport. He has friends in the Saudi government who can pay for his holidays and medical treatment, he doesn’t need money from the Irish state as well.

When asked why the foreign ministry of Saudi Arabia would pay for them, Mr Ghalyoum replied that before he came to Ireland, he was with the rebels in Syria and that they are welcomed by the Gulf country.”

If he’s making medical trips to Syria, it’s presumably safe for him now… maybe his status should be reviewed.

Mr Ghalyoum represented himself and spoke through an interpreter.
Mr Ghalyoum replied that he had great respect for Ireland and the court. He added that he just had a son and he now had seven children and cannot find the money to pay for the court enforcement order.
Mr Ghalyoum that the country has been very good to him as it has taken him in and he has been given a disability allowance.
