People have been piling there garbage here for years.
Rats are really cool. Very clever and friendly. Great pets. Only problem is they don’t live that long and are very prone to dying from horrible cancers.
Not suggesting you make *those* rats your pets, just saying 😉

That’s probably because the locals there don’t tolerate stray cats. My friend had moved into a rat infested area, but she started feeding stray cats daily. The rats left soon after. Then the neighbours started making a fuss about the stray cats chilling on their cars. Eventually they bullied my friend into leaving and relocating the cat colony. The rats happily returned ✌️

tbh, first time I see so many rats in Tbilisi…. this is disgusting 😑
