      Because the pay gap is narrowing, but pay isn’t the only factor. The work culture in Poland versus that in Western Europe remains a very important factor.

      Moved from Kraków to Berlin during COVID. Still earn way more, but no longer feel like a rich uncle when coming back to Kraków. Prices essentially caught up, but salaries still not there yet.
