This is a common tactic of brokers to find new properties for sale. They put letters in mailboxes saying that they have a customer interested in buying, but in reality they don’t. With the same story, brokers call apartment owners who sell their apartments on kv.ee. Brokers say that they have a client who is looking for an apartment like yours (for example, if you are selling a 3-room apartment, the broker says that he has a family of three looking for an apartment) and that they can offer your apartment to this client. If the apartment owner answers in the affirmative, after a few days the broker calls again and says that this client has decided on another apartment. Then the broker starts to spoil the apartment owner and that he will take care of the sale process. Brokers take advantage of human psychology. The broker creates a deceptive image that he almost successfully sold your apartment, and the apartment owner’s brain also worked a bit like a gambler who thought he was close to winning.

It was the story of one broker "wait, where is your apartment, ah, I know this house very well, I sold an apartment there only a few months ago". With this, the broker also gives the apartment owner the impression that if the broker was able to sell the other apartment, he can sell yours in the same way.

A mis see alternatiiv siis on?
