      Honestly no idea OP, the only itasha I saw irl in Poland was in 2014 in Kraków (Lucky Star themed), it’s not very popular here. Maybe there are some polish car communities that can answer your question.

      Any AD company that wraps cars. Some of them could give you a discount and some would charge extra, depending on their attitude towards pathetic design choices.

      I guess you could get it wrapped in the same places where they wrap cars with normal foils, you’d just have to ask them beforehand and probably pay extra. Also you’d first have to either design the wrap yourself to match your car or hire someone to make the design for you

      Salute to you, if you don’t give a damn. I don’t give, but there’s a limit to everything. This is but one example.

      Special company could do this but prepare for a weird looks on their faces and a lot of money to spend. It won’t be cheap.
