    1. „Last year, the southern city of Krakow unveiled plans to build its first metro network”

      Huh is it 1961 today?

    2. Being from Gdynia, I don’t know where in the Tricity a metro would make sense. PKM Południe, which is an extension of the SKM from Gdańsk Śródmieście that’s being planned for completion in 2030, will already have a few underground stations and the SKM in general already has metro-like frequencies during peak hours. So, we’re kind of already building something of metro here.

If this is a chance to invest in more SKM and PKM system expansions, though, I’m all for it.

wtf. Either you build a bomb shelter or a metro.

To have a subway that is economically viable, you need a certain population in that particular city.

Warsaw already has a good metro system, who will be the next? Krakow? I didn’t spent much time there, ao maybe. Lodz? Nope, it feels like a big village (in a good sense). Poznan? Still not that bad.
