Presort strip?

Hi all,

I have a traffic question, on the Herentalse lane just before it "major intersection" if you go from Ranst to Deurne.

Just before the intersection there is a street on the right with (in my view) a priority lane to turn right.

Can you use that to go straight?

I am adding photos for clarity.

The green car does not use this part to turn right into the street, but to sort ahead to cross at the next intersection.

The red car only goes next to the right after passing the street because it has to turn right at the light.
