      Literally try again tomorrow, the Mobywatel etc. apps work like intended only 50% of the time

      try Incognito mode

      Also Press F12 for dev. tools, open console tab. Perform the refresh and see if there are any errors. They aren’t meant for a general user but you can try posting them here, maybe we’ll see the cause

      try in edge, brave always gives me issues even with blockers off. The alternative is that you are a robot

      Protip: I’ve noticed that logging in works best between 8 and 16, definitely not in the evenings.

      I suspect someone somewhere must stamp a printout of the logs for it to work.

      Try using a different browser. MS Edge should do it. 

      If you have addblockers of webdefenders etc, try disabling them or use an incognito window

      This happens when country is not self-sufficient and uses foreign services like Google captcha or in the KSeF case, Thales WAFs. What a shame!

      Clean cookies, exit VPN, turn off all scipts blockers and adblocks (just to be sure) if this does not help try other browser

      Better to go to the office in person. I can’t create a profile too until I went there and it only took few minutes

      Try on phone using Google Chrome and mobile internet (with Polish SIM) and DNS disabled if you have one. And turn off auto translation mode, sometimes meeses up the websites.

      You can also try using “Listen” button, but not sure if it will work for you too.

      The worst you can do is go to NFZ where they can set your PZ account for you even including most things.

      Jest tam napisane “odsluchaj tekst z obrazka”. Wystarczy kliknac. Czy o wszystko trzeba tutaj pytac?

      Maybe try spoofing user agent if you’re using Linux, some websites refuse to work if they detect Linux. Not Linux’s fault btw.

      I had the same issue. I contacted then using email you can see at the bottom

      No idea what they told me to do but ultimately they helped me..sorry for not remembering how. But yeah. Just write an email
