Iceland has announced that it opening a brand-new store in Merthyr Tydfil next week and offering exclusive vouchers and dealers for its first customers. The new Food Warehouse store is opening on Tuesday, May 19 in the Dowlais Top Retail Park near other supermarkets and home stores.
To celebrate the store opening, The Food Warehouse is giving away £1,500 worth of vouchers to the first 150 customers in the queue on Tuesday. There will also be exclusive deals running instore from Tuesday until Monday, May 25.
Raffle tickets will be given to every customer in the queue before 7:30am on Tuesday to be in with the chance to take part in a supermarket sweep-style challenge where they can fill their trolley for free for 90 seconds. At 7:45am, additional winners will be drawn for more prizes, including seven Tower Air Fryers. Also, one Daewoo Double Drawer Air Fryer is also up for grabs if you can correctly guesses how many sweets are in a jar.
