      In the summer months you can only throw trash from 8 to 11 pm, in the winter (nov- mar) from 6 to 11

      Edit. More than summer/winter months I’d think of it as high/low tourist season. The restricted hours are to avoid smells, the truck will come pick the trash up around 11:30 at night most likely

      Must be the time you’re expected to take the bins out. If you take them out too early shit will smell fast because of the heat

      There is rules for trash in some places, personally i never saw something like this.
      But maybe this is on very hot places where trash can smell really bad.

      Throw the trash out when u have to. Done. Better than tossing it on the street. I will happily go to court to fight that ticket. I have the time.

      This means if your neighbor hates you he can call and say he saw you throwing the trash outside the schedule and you get fined.
