      Ik vrees dat het enkel erger zal worden… Men moet gewoon meer woningen bouwen. Meer en hoger. In landen zoals China, Vietnam,… Daar bouwen ze duizenden appartementen op korte tijd.

      Ik zou even heel goed kijken naar wat we kunnen leren van onze noorderburen zodat we niet in dezelfde situatie belanden.

      I know a few people who are sick of the rental prices, bought a good van which they have converted into a tiny studio on wheels and living the dream. After 3-4 years their van is payed off, they have an actual asset they can sell for a markup/close to breaking even and have the piece of mind they have a roof above their head. Meanwhile they also spend way less and actually manage to save money.

      Guess it takes a specific type of person to make that choice, but they are working corporate jobs and managed to find a balance between working remotely and seeing the world.
