Hungary’s leadership (Péter Magyar) has accused the outgoing administration of shredding documents in ministries, and he’s now pushing for investigations and even potential criminal accountability, including possible misuse of public resources and illegal campaign activity inside government buildings

    2. Oh honey, you’re gunna find all sorts of evidence of corruption and fraud and selling of secrets for decades.

The behaviour of the outgoing government was predictable. Unfortunately the paper trail of evidence has most likely disappeared. However a civil servant might have kept the receipts safe for future reference. Who knows?

Well, we all knew there was lots to hide.

Hell, investigate the contracts that provided the paper shredders – I’d bet that was a corrupt no-bid contract.
