When the alcoholic in question is **in charge of the top law enforcement agency**, I expect a 5150, *minimum*.

This reminds me of that one guy in a group of friends who’s the first one to start drinking and the brags to his younger mates about how much or how frequently he drinks because it’s the coolest thing ever. This guy’s nearly 50. What a loser.
