Also, 700k people didn’t put their names on petitions asking for a referendum, that’s yet along bald faced lie from the UCP.
The NDP should just call for a motion to stay in Canada, and thus any MLA that votes against it, or abstains, is saying they are a separatist.
What at total shitshow, the UCP is turning Alberta into a banana republic.
A press release announced the results before the vote was even taken: does this remind you of anything? Putin’s Russia maybe? Or North Korea?
Honestly I completely don’t understand how Albertans can tolerate this much corruption and mismanagement, and *still* vote for the UCP clown show.
It is reflecting badly on Albertans now. They are replacing Newfies as the brunt of jokes.
