Icelandic watchdog notifies ESA of plans to change fibre obligations in some locations

Icelandic telecoms regulator Fjarskiptastofa said it has sent the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) a draft decision on obligations for operators with significant market (SMP) in certain geographic locations in the wholesale market for local access with a fixed connection (Market 1, previously Market 3a).
