Soon? Like 2040s?
Sounds like too little too late.
Too complicated just do a blood for blood punishment
Getting alerted that your stalker is near 30 times a day will solve the problem.
Couple it to an electric collar around said offender testies… Too close GPS? ZAP!
how accurate are the gps? imagine getting a beep in a 10m radius… which way do you run?
rather than alerting the victim why not the police or the nearest koban?
Got it, so the government telling the victim that someone who wants to harm them is near
Instead of …. doing something about the person who they have enough of a reason to believe wants to cause harm
Jesus Christ. I find it harder and harder every day to justify staying in a country that allows things as shitty as this while simultaneously believing that they’re making progress. This government is no more shitty than the US. At least in the US they’re openly corrupt. Here it feels like they are genuinely just stupid. I can’t tell which is worse.
How about chemical castration to curb their hormones?
