How did we become a nation that accepts to wait 3 months for a package stuck in the mail without any information?

Macedonian post and customs have been non-functional for years, and we all react with:
“Well that’s the state.”

No tracking, no responsibility, no normal communication.
And the worst thing is that no one is even surprised anymore.
It is 2026, and a package that arrives from China in 5 days stays in Skopje for 3 months.
