Looks like a name of the person (Eva N) and their address in Hohenau on the March (Lower Austria, near the border with Slovakia).
iirc its a thing where kindergardeners send their bloons fyllying and whoeverfinds it send a postcard and smthing like haribo
We used to do this all the time back in school, write your name and address on a balloon and send them off, seeing where the wind carries it. It was like a yearly event. Kinda unthinkable now to just throw your personal data out into the world like that lol
I know it as a game at weddings, the one who gets a postcard back for their balloon has to do something for the newly weds (something you offered upfront like bake them a cake). They’d be thrilled to get one from Latvia 😃
