Channel 4 News has uncovered evidence that Nigel Farage owes almost £10,000 after a claim was made against him that resulted in a county court judgement in 2024.
Reform UK told us today that Mr Farage never received notification of the claim and had been unaware of the judgement until we brought it to his attention.
The details come amid increased scrutiny on the Reform UK leader’s finances after it emerged that he had accepted a £5million gift from a Crypto billionaire.
Not a lot of details there. People owe money all the time.
I’m just about the last person who would vote for him, but just pile on.
Isn’t there lots of things you cant do if you have CCJ? One should surely running a country, crap with your own finances is not a good sign for a future leader.
He will have received notification.
He will have been aware.
He’ll just have thought that it was beneath him and something only the ‘little ordinary people’ have to pay.

The courts not contacting the person they want money from? A person with multiple ways of contacting them like say their UK parliament email, their home address on the electoral register (assuming he is registered to vote) their business, fucking Cameo etc, etc. Lol yeah, pull the other one. At least try to make your lies believable, your in politics.
Definitely would’ve made the news high Court bailiffs turning up at the door of Nigel Farage for £10,000.
For him, it’s literally change but he’ll claim it’s political and rile up up his supporters, moan about unfair it is.
Make so much noise, the court just gives up.
Nothing will matter to his staunch supporters.

They must have sent the notices to Clacton.
Having a CCJ on file would stop you gaining fairly basic security checks for working in government departments.
But apparently it is absolutely no blocker at all to running the entire show.
As if a CCJ against someone like him is anything like it is against other people. You think Farage would ever worry he might not get a loan or credit because he has a CCJ? That’s for poor people.
So I got a CCJ when I moved house and forgot to update my car’s logbook, as a result a parking fine went to my old address and festered without me knowing for months. I only found out about it when my credit score tanked on only one provider.
Cost me about £1000 to fix, not just paying the fine but then hiring a solicitor to explain what had happened and stripping it off my record. I did find it quite unnerving that there was a trial I wasn’t present to that found me guilty of a thing I didn’t know I’d done.
I do not like Nigel Farage, but I think it’s possibly a testament to how surreal this system is that he could be caught out by it. I suspect he too has a lot of addresses and failed to update some admin somewhere.
IME it’s always a sure sign that someone’s a horrible narcissistic POS when they don’t pay off debts they can easily afford to resolve. It’s such an unbelievably entitled fuck-you-the-rules-don’t-apply-to-me sort of attitude
I’m beginning to think this Farage chap doesn’t want to “Reform” anything and only want to sow division for monetary gain.
I mean it’s a CCJ which are infamously are badly administered and run. So likely went to wrong address, never received, etc.
Good thing he just got that £5m then. I am sure such an honourable man such as him will pay it without delay.
