Terrible logic. Better only let in immigrants that know the language and actually want to assimilate to the Japanese culture and way of life if they are going to go down this foolish path he is suggesting. Otherwise Japan won’t remain Japanese.

By that logic, why not just naturalize them as soon as they step off the plane? Then 100% will be Japanese! Problem solved…
