      This is so embarrassing. The kid is going to want to change his name asap when he’s of legal age.

      Her comparison of US-Canada relations to marriage is hilarious. “Just have to work through it”. Is akin to saying to a battered spouse to turn the other cheek. It is sad we have Magats in Goverment that are actively colluding against our best interests. They should be removed from office, and given bus tickets to Mara-lago.

      Nobody in the family that you love and respect enough to pass on their name for the child’s middle name?

      It has the same levity and staying power if someone from 1958 named their grandson “John Birch Jansen”

      This is going to be an unpopular take, but she more than likely didn’t have any say in naming her grandson, and using the full name (including the middle name) is completely normal in these sorts of announcements.

      That said, if I were making that announcement, I might have omitted the middle name on this one… especially if I were in public office.

      Jesus… this should be classified a a form of child abuse.

      Some countries have laws against purposefully naming your kids degrading names.

      This post is about someone’s grandson (not even the MP’s) and it’s like WW3 got announced.

      Pretty much sums up the state of this sub and Canadian politics.
