The goal is to regulate housing prices to help avoid all sorts of exploitation of the current situation and prevent properties from being listed at unjustified prices.
P.S: there are other petitions that worth your attention, I think this is a way to make our voices heard.

While it is a very serious matter, have these petitions ever lead to any actual change?
So if someone owns a house, they should be given a max price they are allowed to sell it? Relax mister…

Although I’m not sure what the proposal of the petition is?
The market will take care of the problem on it’s own. The economy is not good, and we might even get into a recession with no positive sign for the future. In these conditions prices will naturally fall and find a new equilibrium.
