There’s nothing there, so no reason for people to visit or buy property there. None at all.

I’m currently at South West Rocks for work and the scenery is beautiful! Went to Hat Head last month with friends and did the coastal walk, saw plenty of kangaroos and that blue ocean and waves are incredible. Even managed to catch the creek at high tide and we could see so many fish swimming around!
